TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

This promotional offer is available to both new and existing Nespresso members. Participation requires an active Nespresso member account at the time of purchase.

2. Offer Description

By purchasing 100 Original coffee capsules for a total price of €59 in a single order, eligible members may purchase one (1) Nespresso CitiZ coffee machine for the promotional price of €1.

The recommended retail price of the Nespresso CitiZ machine is €199 (VAT included).

3. Capsule Selection

  • The 100 capsules may be freely selected from the available Original coffee range.
  • Up to 10 different coffee varieties may be chosen, subject to availability.
  • Paper capsules are excluded from this offer.

4. Machine Availability

  • The offer applies exclusively to the Nespresso CitiZ coffee machine.
  • Machine colors are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
  • This promotion is limited to one (1) machine per member account.

5. Purchase Conditions

  • The capsules and the coffee machine must be purchased within the same transaction.
  • The promotional price of €1 for the machine is valid only upon fulfillment of the capsule purchase condition described above.

6. Non-Transferability & Combination

  • This offer is personal to the participating member and is non-transferable.
  • It cannot be combined with other machine promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The offer may be combined with coffee promotions, provided their terms allow it.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • In case the member exercises their right of withdrawal for the capsule purchase, the promotional purchase of the coffee machine is automatically cancelled.
  • The machine must be returned in accordance with applicable withdrawal regulations.

8. Termination or Modification

Nespresso reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect orders already completed.

9. Exclusions

  • Employees of Nespresso and affiliated companies are excluded from participation in this offer.
  • Purchasing machines under this promotion as a gift is not recommended.
